Before Sweater, Jaron held pivotal roles at tech giants like Amazon, SoFi, and Intuit, where he spearheaded transformative initiatives, including the development of Amazon Device’s martech stack and pivotal product launches at SoFi. At Intuit, Jaron worked in the mid-market group building tools and a product suite to help small businesses utilize technology to grow their business.
Outside of work, Jaron is a passionate advocate for continuous learning, often sharing his insights with emerging engineers and entrepreneurs. He finds joy in various hobbies, including woodworking, gardening, tinkering with electronics, and embracing the challenge of fixing anything that crosses his path. Above all, his greatest contentment lies in the tranquility of fishing a remote mountain stream and cherishing time with his family.
